 Normal standard Terms and Conditions apply which offers protection to both parties.
A detail document will apply on booking, including a confirmation invoice

BASIC TERMS

 Note: Itineraries are continually being researched and are subject to change

• INCLUDED in PRICE    N.B.(Based on TWO PEOPLE travelling together)                                        Accommodation includes breakfast except where indicated on the “B&B” itinerary.     Accommodation excludes breakfast except where indicated on the “Cabin” itinerary.
  Some additional meals are included and a few “B&B” are self-catering indicated by: -                               [D] Dinner [L] Lunch or  [S/C] Self catering. [B&B] Bed and Breakfast.

CAR HIRE [Self Drive Type B Cars] for such route. Incoming visitor by air will be met and welcomed. Participants are supplied with all holiday and route documentation.

• NOT INCLUDED in PRICE                                                                                                     Cost of sightseeing excursions including entrance fees and all transport running costs. Costs can be provided i.e. petrol, meals etc. Costs of all airfares, airport taxes, items of a personal nature, gratuities and VAT currently 14%. 

GENERAL TERMS

• ROUTE COSTS                                                                                                                       All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR)and are net. These prices are based on current car hire and accommodation rates and not seasonally adjusted. The company reserves the right to change all prices at any time in event of the Rand fluctuation, however the company will endeavour to keep the prices of the route as quoted on the confirmation invoice.
• BOOKING AND PAYMENTS                                                                                                   A) On receipt of a reservation TravelNet cc will require a signed completed booking form.           B) Reservations will be confirmed with a confirmation invoice.                                                   C) TravelNet cc will require within 7 days from confirmation a R800 per person deposit. This forms part of the inclusive fare and will only be refunded if applicant cannot be accommodated.              D) If the deposit is not received by TravelNet cc within 14 days we reserve the right to consider the reservation cancelled.                                                                                                         E) The balance to reach the company not later than 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the commencement of the route.                                                                                               F) All bookings less than 28 days prior to departure require an immediate deposit of R800 per person and full payment within 3 days of conformation.                                                           G) In the event, that the company cannot provide the services as confirmed, it will assume the responsibility to supply comparable services.
• CANCELLATION POLICY                                                                                                     Cancellation must be in writing and is effective from the date received by TravelNet cc. and will be calculated as follows: More than 27 days prior to departure  = deposit only
    27-21 Days = 30%
    20-14 Days = 60%
     13-0 Days = 100%
• Should a client fail to join a route or join late or not complete a route, no refund shall be made or liability be accepted by TravelNet cc
                                                                                                                                    
• RESPONSIBILITY                                                                                                                 Participants are advised to take out travel insurance, all baggage and personal items should be included. Route documentation and comprehensive travel information supplied requires careful reading to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Can be made available prior to commencement at a cost to cover postage. Contact details are required at all times particularly just prior to commencement of the package.
